Life is Strange: How does the Remaster in graphic comparison go to the original?
With Life is Strange: True Colors appeared in the fall of last year a new part of the emotional adventure series, but the adventure around Alex and its power of empathy could not delight every fan of the series. Also our editor David Benke left the game after his test with mixed feelings.
So it will take time to return to the origins of the series and what would be better suited than the Life IS Strange Remastered Collection available since February 1st February? The bundle includes both the first part Life is Strange (Buy Now 59.99 €) as well as the Prequel Life is Strange: Before The Storm. For just under 40 euros the double pack presents you a polished graphics , but how much better does the Remaster look like?
Life is Strange: Original Vs. Remaster - What has happened to the graph?
Almost two weeks ago Publisher Square Enix published some screenshots that compare the original directly with the Remaster to give fans a picture of the new editions. We now thrown both the Remastered Collection and the origin games to compare the graphics in the video .
Quickly falls on: The devil is in detail, because not all changes jump on the first glance necessarily. The Remaster is a total of a bit darker and therefore works less slightly . Anyway, the lighting effects in the new edition are coherent and natural.
Further optical improvements are found in the eyes of the characters , which now work more lively than in the original. Also reflections on the floor and finer grain textures are new in the Remastered Collection. All in all, the improvements ensure a detailed look.
The question of the price
Whether you are worth the graphic changes just under 40 euros , you have to decide yourself, especially if you have already played the originals and stand on the shelf. Anyone who does not know the series and finally wants to get in, but can resort to safely to rebuilt Remastered Collection.
The Life is Strange Remastered Collection is since 1 February for PC, PS4, Xbox One and backward compatibility also available for Xbox Series and the PlayStation 5. If you want to enjoy the stories around Max, Chloe and Co. on the Nintendo Switch , however, has to be patient. For the hybrid console, the LIFE IS Strange Remastered Collection should appear in the course of the year .
